carries material, sweeps up, runs messages, and does other unskilled work in watch and clock works.
screw maker, watch screw maker
inserts steel or brass rod into automatic machines which cut and shape it into screws for use in watches or clocks; oils machine when necessary, and occasionally separates out waste from delivery trough; supervised by charge hand (321) q.v. .
