lead burner ; chemical plumber
instals and repairs leaden tanks, stills, pipes, etc., and makes lead pipe connections. in a chemical works; cuts sheet lead to exact size with knife and shears and lines tanks intended for bolding acids and other chemicals, whether in a chemical works or otherwise; unites edges of lead sheets, pipes, etc., either by fusing together adjoining surfaces with blow pipe, or by pouring molten lend round joint or hole.
